The Ideal Location

The East Riding area covers 933 square miles and has nearly 340,000 residents.

The cities of Hull, York, Leeds, Sheffield and Lincoln are all within a one-hour drive, and we have some of the least-congested motorways in the UK providing easy access to the rest of the country. The East Riding is strategically-located midway between London and Edinburgh, bringing a market of over 40 million people within a 4-hour drive.

The East Riding of Yorkshire offers a wealth of opportunities, whether you are starting or growing your business or looking to locate your business here. The area has something to offer everyone, from the seaside towns of Bridlington, Hornsea and Withernsea, to the market towns of Beverley, Howden and Driffield.
